• For orders outside of the delivery areas ,delivery will be made through FTD. In such a case, same day delivery cannot always be guaranteed.
• Delivery for these areas are between 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
• For corporate deliveries, please specify company name, complete address and business hours.
• Orders must be placed by 10:00am for same day delivery [peak holidays excluded] . For East York and Beaches, orders must be placed by 12:00pm
• Same day delivery cannot be guaranteed on peak holidays
• Morning delivery service available [before 12:00pm] - can only be delivered if given at least 24 hours notice and must be in local area codes only [i.e., M4C, M4E, M4J].
